Terms of Service

1. Introduction

 

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") govern the use of Short Message Service (SMS) communication services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Tidyland Cleaning Services (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") to the recipient (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

2. Client Consent

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client provides explicit consent to receive SMS messages from the Provider for the purpose of communication, notifications, and updates. The Client acknowledges that these messages may be of a transactional, informational, or promotional nature.​

3. Types of Messages

​

Tidyland Cleaning Services sends SMS messages related to the following: lead follow-up, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, and post-service follow-up messages. If you have separately opted in to receive marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers and seasonal discounts.

4. Frequency of Messages

​

The Provider agrees to send SMS messages to the Client only as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Message frequency may vary.

​

5. Opt-Out Mechanism

​

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to opt out. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you one confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

6. Help and Support

​

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@tidylandcleaningservices.com.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

​

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

​

8. Costs and Charges

​

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

9. Handling of Data and Privacy

​

The Provider respects the Client's privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the processing of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

​

The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the SMS Service. However, the Provider is not liable for any disruptions, interruptions, or delays in the Service that are beyond its control.

11. Termination

​

The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the SMS Service to the Client at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

The Provider may modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion. It is the Client's responsibility to periodically review this Agreement for any changes.

 

By providing your consent to receive SMS messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
